The branch coral said it was an "act against the dreamer's will" or something like that.

We know that Abbi was trying to tell Sunny what he did because It's ultimately speculation, but I think it's the only possibility that makes sense. but Omori won, and there's nothing she can do about it. There is no justice for Abbi she just wanted the best for Sunny. The fight isn't even difficult, and because of that, it just feels sad and unnerving. She begs for her life and at best, you let her continue her miserable existence, spending the rest of her days alone in the shadow of a sin she no longer even remembers. Omori ventures into her prison to finish what he started. Her face is shrouded in darkness, and her body is encased in stone from the neck down. She (presumably) tried to tell Omori the truth about what he did and tried to convince him to forgive himself - which is pretty wise - and he responded by taking away her wisdom and locking her away in the most dismal and scary region of his entire dream world.īy the time we see her again, she is immobile, dull, and outwardly pathetic. We learn from the coral thingy that long ago, Abbi was a very wise entity living in Omori's mind.
